We've been going to Giuseppe's over 15 years, always good food and friendly service. We're all going again today for a family get-together.
The atmosphere here is friendly, and the food is delicious! My kids absolutely love it. I've never had a bad experience; every visit has been enjoyable. We've tried various dishes from the menu, and they never disappoint. It's a clean, wonderful service, nostalgic spot that truly captures the essence of Italian cuisine.
This is one of the best restaurants in all of Jefferson County, and St. Louis for that matter. We have been dining here since they opened almost 19 years ago, and we have never been disappointed. Joe and is staff are top notch, and the food is straight out of Italy! And the space is quaint and cozy! Our family loves this restaurant! You won't be disappointed eating here!

Amazing food, cozy atmosphere. Again, the food is simply amazing! The owner and his wife make a habit of visiting each table nightly. They care a lot for their customers.
My family went this Saturday for a surprise 40th birthday and the staff handled everything to perfection! From the appetizers, to the salad, and finally the main course it was 10 out of 10! The food here always has incredible flavors and you cannot find another restaurant near it. Joe is by far the best chef and he's incredibly nice walking out on the floor to check on the customers. I would go here all the time if my wallet did not go broke!
This place is lovely. In a little out of the way small town shopping center is a family owned Italian restaurant. It's not brand new and a little run down but the food and family atmosphere make up for it. When the owner is cooking your food then takes a break and comes out to greet everyone at their table and make sure they are enjoying the food you know that everything was cooked with love. My food was a huge portion but delicious. The waitress was very nice and didn't mind that we sat for a while talking. Make a trip out here if you haven't, especially if you live in south county. It's not that far away.
5 STARS If you are in the St. Louis area and are looking for some (5 STAR) great Italian food, then head south on Hwy 21 to Trattoria Guiseppie. This little gem serves some of the best food around. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants on the Hill and TG ranks right up there with the best. The staff is very friendly to go along with the excellent menu. Some of the best soup I and my guests have ever had. The Lasagna, the Chicken Marsala, the steaks and well just about everything on the menu is outstanding. The owners Joe and Grace Prezzavento give you a bit of Italy in every bite. It's a must go to place to dine.
It's a bit of a drive...and may not look like much but the food is amazing. I ordered the special...a Gorgonzola rigatoni...and savored every bite. It was so good and the serving size was so large I had the second half the next day for lunch and enjoyed it very much. And by the way, l loved the salad too. It was chopped and sweet but I liked it. The service was fast, friendly, and very helpful and the table side visit by the owner just made the experience all the better. You don't go here for the ambiance; you go here for great food and friendly people!
